Staff willing to help
Triage system worked well and relatively quick to go through sequence of telephone appointment and face to face with nurse followed by physio and seeing doctor. All professional. However, would have been more reassured early on if I had realised that the physio appointment was to be diagnostic rather than to recommend exercises.
Thank you so much Nurses and reception staff… got a same day appointment.. really grateful for your kind treatment.
Went for an IUS fitting, setting up a consultation with a nurse beforehand and then the actual fitting was easy and, although I was slightly nervous, the insertion went off without a hitch and the nurse and healthcare assistant were very helpful, kind and supportive. It was a great experience and much better than I expected.
Website is initially confusing. There seems to be a push towards making patients fill out a form when I just wanted to speak to someone. Not sure why I was given a telephone appointment with a nurse initially who didn’t seem to be able to do anything and then having to wait for an appointment to see a doctor.
